Can we create separate portals for different clients or partners?

Yes. You can create fully branded, independent tenants for each client, partner group, or association, each with their own content, permissions, and reporting. Beyond tenants, each one can have its own administrators, so every tenant can manage its own environment while still being governed centrally.

Can we embed Acorn’s content catalog into our own website?

Yes. Your catalog can be integrated directly into your website without consuming licenses. Our Universal Adapter also lets you pull content from other locations and centralize it within Acorn’s catalogue.

Can we control access and permissions across portals?

Yes. Each tenant can have its own permissions and content visibility rules, managed from a central admin view.
